Donny is a Principal of Pelican Woodcliff Inc., and co-leads the Project Monitoring and P3 Advisory Team with Ronnie. He has worked in the industry for over twenty years and has a breadth of experience in providing construction cost and schedule advice on numerous projects in the roles of Project Monitoring, Lender’s Technical Advisor, Project Manager and Independent Certifier. Donny has been a Board Director with the Canadian Association of Consulting Quantity Surveyors (CACQS) since 2014 and is currently the Secretary of the Board. Donny enjoys using his wide range of industry experience to come up with pragmatic solutions for his clients to prevent or mitigate concerns encountered on their projects.
