Ronnie is a founder and Principal of Pelican Woodcliff with over thirty years of active involvement in the construction and development industries. He heads the Project Monitoring Team of the company with vast experience in all types of projects from low rise residential, to retail, industrial, office, high rise residential and infrastructure projects.
Ronnie has spent part of his career as a developer and investor through which he has acquired the tools necessary to properly evaluate and manage the development and construction of real estate projects. This background, together with over twenty years of consulting and both Civil Engineering and Business education provide our clients an invaluable resource.
He now acts as Owner’s Representative on construction projects, and assists clients (both purchasers and lenders) perform their diligence prior to the purchase of a property. He heads our physical and financial due diligence services team which performs both detailed building condition surveys and reports on the real anticipated cash flow of an income producing property.
Ronnie has acted as Receiver and has provided receivership support services on a variety of real estate projects. Under adverse circumstances he has worked to stabilize the assets and implement programs to maximize the return to creditors.
