This project is a 19-storey high-rise building comprising of 156 residential condominium units and some commercial space on the ground floor.  The total gross floor area is approximately 200,000 sq. ft.  The above grade gross floor area of approximately 150,000 sq. ft. which includes commercial space of approximately 6,000 sq. ft.  The below grade underground parking is on 3 levels and has a gross floor area of approximately 50,000 sq. ft.  Parking is provided for 129 cars in the underground parking levels along with 2 surface spaces on grade.
